Grand Rapids is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Grand Rapids follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Thanks to Mountain for creating a beautiful garden I've always dreamed of having in my front yard. From start to finish he was helpful and meticulous with the design, construction and follow up. My garden is the talk of the neighborhood! The flagstone walkway is an absolute work of art, the trees are healthy and the plants are lovely and interesting.

My wife wanted to get landscaping done, and we are complete newbies when it comes to gardening, so I looked for some quotes from professionals to get this work done for the first time. We had a few quotes from other companies, which were all AI generated with no description of what we would actually be receiving. There was no soul behind the quotes or discussions on what we wanted to do. No one seemed to care about putting a personal touch to doing business with us. Then we spoke to Jamie Remelts from Knapp Valley. She showed attention to what we were looking for, explained her vision, and shed light on some information on some existing plants we had in our front yard. She seemed genuinely excited to transform our weed ridden front yard for us. The quote was detailed, explained the gameplan, and was a fair price for what we wanted. They also had a stellar warranty offer on any landscaping done, and even though some of the plants we received are struggling, Jamie has assured us if it comes to it, it will be covered and we can receive replacements if it arises. Anytime we've reached out to Jamie, she has been extremely responsive and timely, and has comforted us on any situations

I used the online ordering system for my mulch. Delivery times were plentiful. Super smooth transaction and the mulch product is consistent year after year.

We have been using Knapp Valley for a long time and they have never disappointed. Most recently, Mountain put together a landscape upgrade drawing which included a stone walkway, new scrubs, large stones and the moving of plants from one area to another. We liked and moved forward with the plan. Today the team of Matt & Michael came out to make this design a reality. We could not be more pleased with the upgrade and the overall results. Thank you
